ONSITE AUDIT, WIPE, AND REMOVAL
Audit

LoopRL can perform preliminary product audits, capturing your product serial numbers, asset tags, configurations, and rack locations. This information is then uploaded into our client portal for your immediate viewing.

Wipe
​
On-site wipes are performed by leading erasure solutions provider which generates third-party ADISA and NIST certified wipe certificates. Wipes are performed concurrently, saving time and ensuring data sanitization before the product even leaves your racks. Our On-Site wipe is the ultimate Peace of Mind solution.

If you don’t require onsite wiping, we will identify and secure all data maintaining components, and wipe them through our state of the art in-house facility.

Removal
​
Depending on your product arrangement, we can arrange de-cabling, or cable-cutting. Product is then removed from racks, asset-tagged with LoopRL unique identifiers which will follow the equipment all the way through shipping and receipt at our facility. We can also provide on-site inventory reconciliation services. We are well equipped to deal with co-located and multi-location assets.
PACKAGING & SHIPPING
We have the experience with shipping to prevent equipment damage. We have seen everything including lost shipments, pallet breakage, and racks completely knocked over. Our best practices & trained staff eliminate the possibility of encountering these otherwise-frequent headaches. We also organize equipment in a manner that allows for minimized shipping costs and quicker processing once at LoopRL.
AUDIT & RECEIPT
Once at LoopRL, product undergoes serialized auditing. Competitors often use the same practices implemented over 10 years ago. Our constantly-evolving process uses OEM-compliant software solutions to capture information without redundancy, preventing mistakes while allowing us to complete the process as efficiently as possible.
