Receive a certificate for wiped or destroyed hard drives adhering to Adisa or DoD standards.
OUR GOAL IS PEACE OF MIND.
Many clients’ primary consideration when disposing of their end-of-life equipment is the sanctity of their sensitive data. Sensitive data getting into the wrong hands can be a disaster for your business, and that is why we’ve developed a process that eliminates points of failures across the entire disposition process, and uses US Department of Defense level wipe methods.

HOW WE KEEP YOUR DATA SECURE
Our data destruction procedures are designed with a zero-risk approach under which we verify that product has been securely wiped prior to release.
Your product is flagged and quarantined in our facility prior to entering our data wiping process. Product undergoes wiping, and is then verified at multiple stages to ensure that product does not slip through, and process audits are performed to ensure compliance. Drives that cannot be wiped are physically destroyed and provided with a certificate of destruction.
On-Site Data Destruction
Customers with the highest security requirements can use our On-Site data destruction services. We will visit the site of your IT hardware and perform wipes on all the servers being decommissioned concurrently. Our process generates wipe certificates for each drive with ADISA and NIST certification.
This service can be performed in data centers or enterprise offices anywhere in the continental USA, and in some regions beyond. Please reach out to us to learn more about this service and see if it is a mutual fit.
